Obtaining legal services can often be highly bureaucratic. Jamie Wong | Advocates & Solicitors was established to overcome these limitations and to spare its clients the legal hassles while enjoying a full-service law firm at the same time.

Jamie is known for her practice in general litigation with a rich background in corporate and commercial disputes. She has attained an impressive track record over her years of active practice. Jamie fights tirelessly for the rights of her clients. Her unique blend of confidence, passion, and fearlessness has earned her their trust.

The role of a lawyer should not be confined to applying the law but to facilitate its evolution. Jamie strives to implement out-of- the-box thinking in solving her clients’ problems. Such an approach is key to solving difficult and complex matters, which form a bulk of Jamie’s ever-growing portfolio.

Jamie holds a Bachelor of Law (Hons) degree from Oxford Brookes University, Oxford. Having completed the Bar exams at one of the top ranked law schools in the UK, BPP Law School, London, she was then called to the English Bar by the Honourable Society of the Middle Temple in 2007. Jamie was called to the Malaysian Bar in 2009 after completing her pupillage in the chambers of Ranjit Singh. Prior to commencing her pupillage, Jamie worked at an international law firm, Simmons & Simmons, Hong Kong and Malaysia’s prominent legal establishment, Zaid Ibrahim & Co.

As a committed philanthropist, there are many causes which Jamie advocates for, with access to education being her primary focus. She hopes to set up a foundation aimed at providing evolutionary learning platforms to the underprivileged.

Jamie actively contributes to the development of the profession and has given talks on the topic of Fundamentals of Legal Practice for the Malaysian Bar, Winning Ways through Civil Litigation for the Sabah Law Association and Client Management for the Kuala Lumpur Bar, to name a few.
