He has experience in corporate M&A, investment facilitation, and restructuring. His practice areas include cross-border mergers and acquisitions, diversification, divestments, joint ventures, inbound and outbound investments, restructuring, and government advisory.

Arvin’s corporate practice is enriched by his role as the Coordinator of the ASEAN Business Club, an association of top ASEAN business leaders committed to regional integration. He also serves as an Advisor to the Penang-Sumatera Business Exchange, enhancing business ties between the two regions. This blend of corporate practice and commercial insight enables Arvin to empower businesses by integrating legal strategies with their commercial goals.

Previously, Arvin worked at Zaid Ibrahim & Co (in association with KPMG Law) and Roosdiono & Partners (ZICOlaw Indonesia), where he collaborated extensively with the ASEAN Secretariat, ASEAN Foundation, and the offices of the ASEAN Member States’ Permanent Representatives.

Arvin is frequently invited by various organizations to speak on the importance of legality in business for startups and entrepreneurs. In his free time, he volunteers at legal aid clinics.
